The City of Z is lost and then some

I was watching last night's Colbert Report this afternoon. I bothered to watch the interview at the end. I wasn't planning on watching since I had no idea whom David Grann is, but I did anyway.

It ended up being more interesting than I thought. Grann wrote about about his adventure looking for Percy Fawcett and the Lost City of Z. When I was looking up "Z" on the internet, I thought I might be able to read Grann's New Yorker piece written a couple years before his book.

Nope. Only those with New Yorker accounts are allowed into the archives.

Still interested in "Z" and the city that an archaeologist (Michael Heckenberger) Grann mentioned finding this century, I took his name from wikipedia and searched for whatever I could find.

The third item to come up on my search was an article titled "Ancient Amazons Used Tesla's Principles." Hmm, sounds interesting AND offbeat. What the hell...

So, this article begins by recounting Heckenberger's discovery from 2003.
Michael Heckenberger of the University of Florida and his colleagues made a surprising find in the upper Xingu region of the Amazon. In an area that was long thought to be too hostile for a human city...there are 'centuries-old remains of roads that appear to link a network of large villages in a carefully organized, gridlike pattern.' Heckenberger reported that: No part of this land was wild and pristine. The sections of high vegetation were more like 'large parks' than untouched forests.
OK. Interesting.

Reported by MSNBC News: 'Heckenberger's team has found 19 settlements to date, at least four of which were major residential centers. The settlements were built around large, circular plazas, with roads leading out from them at specific angles, repeated from one plaza to the next.'

The engineered features of the landscape all contain elements of the Kuikuro's understanding of the cosmos. The orientation of indian structures and the directions of roads are aligned to the sun and stars. Heckenberger calls this connection to the heavens 'ethnocartography.'

The ancient roads were up to 165 feet wide or the width of modern four-lane highways. On each side of the roads were large curbs. These lanes of travel linked settlements, every two to three miles, along an extensive GRID. This type of city-planning would have required a 'sophisicated ability to reproduce angles over large distances.'

Where roads and villages converged on wetlands, researchers discovered remnants of ancient bridges and canals. Entire areas in between the villages were carefully 'engineered and managed.' The Kuikuro still use many of the ancient structures to this day. There is evidence the Amazons cultivated crops and certain areas were assigned for this purpose. Satellite photography indicates 'complex regional settlement patterns and large-scale transformations of local landscapes over the past millennium.'
Fascinating stuff. You know, they're always finding new stuff. Hypotheses and theories from fifty or thirty years ago are always being reworked. Reminds me of my neuro-psychology professor who said the field is constantly growing so that anyone who took a neuropsych class twenty years ago would need to retake a class just to be current and not completely outdated.
The early, Amazon Indians were not primitive. They built with modern mathematics and meticulously controlled a harsh region in Brazil. The same mystery is seen over and over again on all parts of the planet. Usually when archaeologists discover an ancient culture, the people:

* Are far more technically advanced than expected; their impressive constructions show signs of a mastering of the environment; they orderly built over a huge expanse of land area.

* Use complicated math and geometry that was not commonly known to exist for their time.

* Express a high awareness of astronomy and even align their structures to the movements of the sun, Moon, planets or solstices.

* Have left behind them a people who are the far future descendants of the builders; this LESS advanced race has distant memories of the past; and are virtually in the dark concerning their ancestors.

Where TESLA enters the picture has to do with the GRID-concept of ancient architecture. To fully understand this theory, please read the articles 'Wireless World,' 'More on the World Wireless,' 'My Atlantis' and 'Were Costa Rican Spheres Ancient Receivers?' on this website. In 'Wireless World,' a remarkable idea is presented that links the major sites of prehistoric mystery. Too often, researchers are myopic; they study one particular site and do not step back and view everything.
The same mystery stands in Egypt with the Great Pyramid; in England with Stonehenge; on Easter Island; in Africa with not only the Tassilians, but also the Zimbabweans and elsewhere.

The key to understanding the past is in examining the unexpected similarities in these ancient sites of mystery. It has been said that the 'same construction company went out to specific places and built Atlantean colonies.' The most important factor is this worldwide PATTERN!

Where the monoliths; stone circles; mounds; pyramids and other examples of prehistoric wonder are positioned were of special interest. The sophisticated knowledge of the ancients can by understood if you plug in the concept of Tesla Technology. A society based on Tesla's wireless principles would appear as a GRID covering a large area of land.

When you examine the 13-point map in the 'World Wireless' article, you will see that one of the grid-points is indeed located in Brazil. This particular map of Earth 'ley-lines' has been in existence since the 1970s. Yet, the Amazon discovery is a recent find and only made it into scientific journals in 2003.
Now, this is not the first time I've heard of "ley-lines." Back in August 2001, I read The Atlantis Blueprint: Unlocking the Ancient Mysteries of a Long-Lost Civilization. It was a new book at the library, and that was one of the only reasons I picked up. It was quite interesting; although, some of it was dragged down by Illuminati shit. Anyhow, so while reading this post on Nikola Tesla in the Amazon, I wasn't completely shocked by some of what was written because I've read versions of it before.

Except when it came to this:
In a Tesla System, or a wired system, the main power pole distributes the electrical energy down to smaller (local) stations. The new discovery in the upper Xingu is not the prime, Brazilian is one of the local stations. As the 'theory' goes (or according to the 13-point map), the main station is located northeast of Xingu; and more toward the coast. This proposed, primary station would date all the way back to the building of Stonehenge, the Great Pyramid, the first Easter Island statue, etc.

Why was Xingu not the main, Brazilian power station? Because of the existence of roads. Wheeled vehicles are relatively primitive. The need-for-roads does not exist in the super ancient sites because our ancestors FLEW! It is much later in time, after many technical falls, did relatively primitive civilizations devolve from a more advanced race. For example, among the Maya can be found small sculptures of delta-wing fighter jets. These early, Central Americans flew planes; but their ancestors were Incas who traveled in saucer ships. The first Incas and first Egyptians were Atlantean survivors; they mastered anti-gravity and moved at the speed of light. Indian migration in the Americas was northward, not southward originating in Asia. Retro-grade technology is the general answer to ancient mysteries.
Delta-wing fighter jets?!?!?! Okay, I don't even remember reading anything so ridiculously far fetched in the Atlantis book I read several years ago. Now, I can buy that it's possible that ancient people may have traveled by air possibly by hang gliders or air balloons but "delta-wing fighter jets?" C'mon, if there's one thing the writer of this article is guilty of is taking 20th century technology and retroactively applying it to ancient peoples, i.e. wireless technology and power stations in the ancient Amazon.

This is what he wrote in another one of his posts:
In Peru, there are massive Incan foundation stones in the hundreds of tons. On top of these monoliths, another age rebuilt the structure; but the stones are in the 30 to 40 ton range. On top of this age, there is another age; they could only cut and trim stones that were one or two tons. The flying indians still kept these sites holy (or for ley line purposes?) by rebuilding them...but they could move less and less weight over thousands of years.

The pyramids are sophisticated energy transceivers. In a hundred years, when we explore other worlds, we will visit new planets and set up colonies. We will then use Tesla's EM principles to tap into the planet's electrical fields by building pyramids and creating energy grids around the new planet. This scenario has already happened in our distant prehistory. Our ancestors mastered: wireless energy, cloning, space travel, atomic energy, anti-gravity, lasers, etc. Every aspect of known technology was perfected in Atlantis; as well as machines beyond your wildest dreams.
Why exactly would ancient man want to go into space? Hell, I don't even understand why modern man wants to go into space. Cloning? Um, again, why? Why is cloning necessary? Oh yeah, it isn't. Fucking waste of money and time. But since, you know, modern man can't do it, then automatically "ancient man" did it because they had who-knows-what reason to??

On a different note, perhaps if the Romans and Arabs hadn't burned libraries in Egypt, which contained thousands of years of knowledge, perhaps crackpot "delta-fighter jet" theories wouldn't abound on slipshod evidence. The Romans always were bastards...
