Gazpacho: in photos

It's summer. It's hot out. And time to make my favorite summer dish: gazpacho. I've made it so many times I don't even have to look at a recipe.

One blender.

One clove garlic.

Quarter cup sherry wine. (I wanted to use sherry vinegar but there wasn't any in the house.)

1/3 cup olive oil.

Pinch of salt. (Rosemary salt that I got at the San Francisco farmer's market)


All above ingredients in the blender.

One cucumber.

In the blender.

One small onion.

Two green peppers

Some basil

Five tomatoes

Into the blender one by one

Ready to eat
